Cancellation Policy
A credit card will be required to book an appointment for all new clients. Your card will not be charged unless it falls under the conditions of my cancellation policy.
You may cancel/reschedule/ or adjust an appointment by contacting me or through your GlossGenius text at least 24 hours prior to appointment.
If you cancel within the 24 hour period of your appointment or fail to show you will be charged 25% of the service fee.
If you are running late please inform me as soon as you can. If you are more than 15 mins late we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time and a 25% charge will be incurred.
